There are many ways to prepare goji meals. We about Raw Goji Snack Chunks, a tasty, free of refined sugar and animal fats food.

Things you need:-

  • Sunflower seeds 
  • Cup pumpkin seeds 
  • Sesame seeds – 1/4 cup
  • Hemp seeds – 1/4 cup
  • Almond butter – 1/4 cup
  • A mixture of goji berries, raisins, and dried cranberries – 1/3 cup
  • Water – 1/3 cup
  • Buckwheat (sprouted and dehydrated) – 1 cup
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Agave – 2 tablespoons
  • Medjool dates – 6
  • Salt – 1 pinch

How to make:-

  1. Until get smooth, blend the Medjool dates with water next add almond butter and olive oil to that paste and blend.
  2. Take pumpkin, sunflower, hemp, and sesame. Combine these four types of seeds with buckwheat and date paste in a food processer. Then pulse blend until a textured dough is formed.
  3. The goji berries, raisins, and cranberries mix pour into a bowl with a spatula or a spoon.
  4. Now the dough is ready. Spread it on a dehydrator then marks it with a knife. It helps you to separate the chunks when the dough dehydrated.
  5. Dehydrate for about 6 hours. The temperature will rise to 115 ℉ and the dough will crust is crispy on the outside but squishy in the center.

How to grow goji berries?

  1. Start with the seed. You need to peel. Open each goji berry and scrape out the seed. This can be a bit sticky but you will find a way. You can use a butter knife if you want. Seeds are very small and can stick sometimes but that is not a question.
  2. Next, you need small pots to drop seeds. Fill it with soil (pH between 6.5 and 8.0). Drop few seeds into each pot. There is an easy tip to do that. Put seeds on the top of one finger and drop them by another finger. Then cover them up.
  3. Let them grow in some warm place. When they grow up only one plant can survive in one pot so pull some plants gently and plant them in other pots.

You have to wait at least 3 years to eat goji berries from those trees.
