Finding something to get rid of her pain was never easy for me. I thought in every way I could to do something.

After that, I got to know about the use of teas for menstrual cramps. Then I quickly found out types of tea, and I made one for my wife.

Believe my friend, the pain got relieved after some time, and my wife could breathe easier. I, too, felt much better and satisfied.

The 8 Best Tea for Menstrual Cramps

You can use the following tea to get rid of your cramps during your menstrual period. It is always better if you can use tea rather than medications to get rid of these cramps.

  1. Ginger tea

Ginger tea is made from ginger root. People used ginger tea for many diseases in the past. As ginger can be used as a cure for most conditions, ginger tea also became popular among people.

On the other hand, we use ginger tea as a home remedy for most diseases. For example, menstrual cramp is a common situation where we use ginger tea.

Ginger tea includes anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties. In addition, a recent study revealed that all the women who consumed ginger powder during the first 04 days of their periods did not show any significant menstrual cramps.

  1. Red Raspberry leaf tea

We know that this may be the last thing that comes to your mind when you are in pain. But, exercises can certainly change your mood. 

On the other hand, exercises can relax your muscles and reduce your menstrual cramps too. Therefore, yoga is the best form of exercise that you can try in this situation. 

  1. get away from fast foods

Foods high in sugar and salt can only increase your menstrual cramps. This will increase bloating and increase your cramps too. You can always have fresh fruits and vegetables during this time for better results.
